Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Coaching sessions are based on a 13 week period, so the amount refunded will be averaged out on a per session basis. You will be refunded only for the sessions you have not attended. A contract/agreement will be sent with further information on how to receive your refund after purchasing and booking your sessions.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. Your appointments will land on the same day and time every week until the 13 week period is over. Or reschedule your meetings with the coach personally.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
